| 摘 要： | 高等教育模式转轨给高等医学教育带来了极大促进，同时也产生了各种影响。强化医疗卫生职业道德教育、缓解就业对实习的冲突、重视实习生，临床实践技能、加强教学基地建设则成为当前高等医学院校临床实践教学改革的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Changes on higher education pattern have tremendously promoted and exerted great impact on higher medical education.Enhancing the professional ethics education in medical health line,alleviating the conflict between employment and practice and paying more attention to the trainees' clinical skills have become important content of teaching reform in clinical practice in higher medical college. |
