晚期胰腺癌行区域化疗的疗效分析

目的:观察手术不能切除的晚期胰腺癌区域化疗的疗效。方法:经手术探查不能切除的胰腺癌42例,选择最佳动脉给药途径,注入5-FU1000mg,术后每周经泵注入1次5-FU,6周为1疗程,1000mg/次。结果:化疗后大多数患者临床症状减轻或消失,中位生存时间平均达8.2个月;血清CA19-9浓度较术前下降。结论:采用区域化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌,毒副作用小,能缓解临床症状,延长生存时间。

Result analysis of clinical treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma in patients undergoing regional chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the outcome of clinical treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma in patients who were unable to bear surgery and underwhent regional chemotherapy.Methods:42patients who were diagnosed through exploration of pancreatic carcinoma that could not be treated by radical re-section were given regional chemotherapy.Through laparotomy a catheter was inserted into the gastroduo-denal artery or right gastroepiploic artery and a bolus of 5-FU at the dose of 1g was infused through the catheter during operation.5-FU at the dose of 1g was infused during weekly after operation.Results:No severe complications or side effects were found in any patient,most symptoms were relieved or disappeared,the middle survival time rose to8.2months (P<0.05),and the serum concentration of CA19-9became lower than that before the therapy.Conclusion:Regional chemotherapy has advantages of fewer side effects and complications,and can relieve clinical symptoms and prolong survival time.
