| 摘 要： | 上消化道出血是肝硬化门脉高压症的严重并发症,亦是重要的致死因素之一,防治上消化道出血是提高患者生存质量,延长寿命的重要治疗措施,食管静脉曲张结扎术在国内广泛开展,取得了可喜的成绩,本文旨在研究采用食管曲张静脉结扎术联合部分脾动脉栓塞术防治食管曲张静脉破裂及门脉高压性胃粘膜病变所致上消化道出血。

| Abstract: | Upper digestive tract hemorrhage is one of serious complications of portal hypertension in hepato- cirrohsis and also one of leading causes of death. The preventionand treatment of this complication is important to the improvement of patients' lifequality and prolongation of their life. Ligation of esophageal varicose vein has been widely used in clinic in our country and great achievements have been made. The purpose ofthis paper was to study the prevention and treatment of the complication caused by therupture of esophageal varicose vein and phathological change of portal hypertensive gastric mucosa using ligation of esophageal varicose vein in combination with partial splenicartery embolism. |
