| Abstract: | This paper provides a brief introduction of medical care system, health financing, and health reform in three countries and one region, including Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and UK. Based on international experiences and lessons, the authors put forward some apocalypses to be conducive to medical care system reform in Shanghai. |
