| 摘 要： | 传统的见习教学模式存在诸多弊端 ,影响了教学质量。本研究在 1998级儿科见习中采用临床跟踪教学 ,通过问卷调查及临床技能考核进行教学效果的评价。结果显示实验组超过 80 %的学生赞成新的教学方法 ,实验组学生综合素质提高 ,表现为病历书写、体检及理论考核成绩较对照组高 ,差别有显著性差异。本研究结果提示临床跟踪教学在儿科见习中的应用是行之有效的。

| Abstract: | The traditional pedagogy of internship had much shortcoming. Part of the interns of 98 grade adopted a new pedagogy-clinical follow-up teaching in pediatric internship and the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and assessment of clinical skill. The results showed that above 80% interns of trial group were approved of this new pedagogy and the scores of examination of clinical skill of trial group were significantly higher than that of control group. This study indicated that the new pedagogy-clinical follow-up teaching in pediatric internship is practicable and effective. |
