不同治疗方案在呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗中的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨两种治疗方案治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效及护理。方法将30例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例。两组均给予抗生素抗感染,治疗组静脉推注联合雾化吸入沐舒坦针剂,对照组仅单纯雾化吸入沐舒坦针剂,两组均给予精心的专业护理。结果治疗组机械通气时间、住院天数、临床肺炎评分（CPIS）明显低于对照组,氧合指数（PaO2/FiO2）明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论静脉注射联合雾化吸入沐舒坦加精心的专业护理,是治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的理想治疗方案。

The therapeutic effect of different treatment options and nursing for patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing research of different treatment proposals for the patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods 30 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.All the patients in the two groups were given antibiotics for anti-infection.The patients in the treatment group were given mucosolvan injection by intravenous injection combined with inhalation therapy,while the patients in the control group only received inhalation therapy.Both groups received careful professional care.Results Duration of mechanical ventilation,hospital stay and clinical pneumonia score（CPIS） in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, while oxygenation index（PaO2/FiO2） was significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It is an ideal treatment for the patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia that Mucosolvan injection is applied by intravenous injection combined with inhalation and careful professional care.
