| 摘 要： | 目的观察替米沙坦（商品名：美卡素）治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法监测86例高血压患者使用替米沙坦治疗前后的血压变化及心脏结构、功能变化。结果替米沙坦能显著降低高血压患者的血压（P〈0.001）,治疗后E/A值显著提高（P〈0.05）,提示左室舒张功能改善;EF、SV、CL、FS治疗前后无明显变化,提示对左心收缩功能无明显影响。结论替米沙坦是一种安全、有效,不良反应轻,且可改善心脏舒张功能的降压药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of telmisartan on patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension and the improvement of their heart function.Methods The change of blood pressure level and heart function of 86 patients was measured before and after treatment.Results Blood pressure was significantly decreased(P<0.001).The change of E/A before treatment was significantly greater that after the treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in EF.SV.CL.FS before and after the treatment... |
