| 摘 要： | 目的研究CT及MRI在结节性硬化症（Tuberous Sclerosis Complex简写TSC）中的诊断价值。方法 11例经临床证实的TSC病例,分析其头部CT及MRI特征性改变。结果 CT及MRI主要征象包括：①室管膜下结节11例均发现病灶。②皮层及皮层下结节9例有阳性发现。③脑白质异常,5例发现脑白质病变。④室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤,发现1例。结论 CT及MRI是诊断TSC主要方法,MRI是诊断TSC首选影像学检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study CT and MRI characteristic features of tuberous sclerosis complex（TSC）.Methods 11 clinically proved patients with TSC were treated with CT and MRI.Results There were mainly four findings on CT and MRI： 1.Subependymal nodules detected in all cases.2.Cortical tubers in 9 cases.3.The abnormal findings of white matter. Conclusion CT and MRI is the main techniques in diagnosing tuberous sclerosis.MRI is the first choice among the diagnostic imaging modalities. |
