自拟喘咳灵中药液雾化吸入治疗COPD的临床观察及护理

目的探讨自拟喘咳灵中药液雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床应用及护理。方法将入选符合标准的100例痰浊阻肺型COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采用抗菌、消炎、止咳、祛痰、平喘、吸氧等综合治疗措施,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用喘咳灵中药液10ml经氧雾化吸入,每日2次,每次15~20分钟,予以肺叩打、吸痰等护理。分别观察两组痰量和咳喘情况,测定两组治疗后肺功能。结果治疗组肺功能改善情况均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,痰量和咳喘症状明显缓解。结论自拟喘咳灵中药液雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切,可在临床治疗中推广应用。

Clinical observation of atomized Kechuanling decoction inhaled for COPD

Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing of atomized Kechuanling decoction for COPD.Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease typed Tabzhuozufei were randomly enrolled into two groups.Control group were given nursing including sputum suctioning and lung patting.Treatment group were given nursing and inhaled 10ml atomized Kechuanling decoction.Patients＇ symptoms were observed and patients＇ pulmonary function were tested.Results There were significant difference between two group in pulmonary function test（P0.05）.The symptom of amount of expectoration and cough and dyspnea of patients in treatment group had markedly palliated.Conclusion Atomized Kechuanling decoction is definitely effective to treat COPD.
