波依定联合倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压的临床研究

目的探讨波依定联合倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选择121例原发性高血压患者,按入院先后分为：A组（观察组,41例）,B组（对照Ⅰ组,40例）,C组（对照Ⅱ组,40例）。A组给予口服波依定5mg,1次/d;倍他乐克25mg,2次/d。B组单纯给予口服波依定5 mg,1次/d,C组单纯给予口服倍他乐克25mg,2次/d。3组的疗程均为4周;观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果 A组比B、C组临床疗效高,总有效率比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;不良反应率减低,两组之间差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论波依定联合倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压可提高治疗效果,降低副作用,具有临床推广应用价值。

Treatment of plendil combined with metoprolol on elderly patients with essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical effects of plendil combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with essential Hypertension.Methods 121 elderly cases with essential Hypertension were divided into A group（observation group,41 cases）,B group（Ⅰ control group,40 cases） and C group（Ⅱ control group,40 cases）.A group was treated with oral plendil 5 mg·1 times / d;metoprolol 25mg·2 times / d.B group was simply given oral plendil 5 mg·1 times / d and C group was simply given oral metoprolol 25 mg· 2 times/d.The treatment time in three groups were continued for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed and compared.Results The effect of the observation group was significantly improved compared that of the control group.（P0.05）.The adverse reaction rate between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Plendil combined with metoprolol can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce side effects,which is the preferred method of the treatment of elderly patients with essential Hypertension.
