医学生创新能力培养的调研及分析

摘    要:对上海第二医科大学九六级至○一级各专业学生进行有关创新能力的问卷调查,结果表明医学生对创新人才基本要素明晰,有较强的创新意识,对影响创新人才的因素较关注。当前医学教育应树立创新教育观念,构建综合化的课程体系,改进教学方法与评估体系,建立和完善医学生创新能力的培养模式。

Abstract:The questionnaires of originality from grade 96 to grade 01 undergraduate students at Shanghai Second Medical University showed that medical students clearly understand what is the making of an original person. They have strong sense of creativity and pay close attention factors of affecting original persons. At present, medical education showld establish original education concept, build a comprehensive course training system and an evaluation system, and better the training model to improve students' creativity.
