重症肺部感染患者经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗的临床效果分析

摘    要:目的:通过对肺部重症感染的患者采取纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗的治疗手段,探究这种灌洗疗法的临床治疗效果。方法从我院2010年5月至2013年5月期间确诊为重症肺部感染的患者中随机抽出86名,平均分为两组,对照组患者给予全身性的抗生素及祛痰药物等治疗,而实验组患者在给予和对照组相同治疗的基础上,加入纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗,比较两组患者经过治疗后的效果。结果经过不同的治疗方法,实验组患者的总有效率为93.02%(40例),对照组患者的总有效率为67.44%(29例),P<0.05,在统计学上有意义。结论利用纤支镜对支气管肺泡进行灌洗,不仅可以改善患者的通气状态缓解呼吸道症状,还可以提高治疗这种感染的总有效率,可以应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective By treating the severe pulmonary infection patients with bronchoalveolar lavage,to explore clinical effects of the treatment. Methods From 5.2010. to 5.2013, 86 cases of patients diaobnised with severe pulmonary infection in our hospital were randomly chosen and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with antibiotic systemic and expectorant drugs, and the experiment group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage on the basic of same as the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After different treatment, the total effective rate of the experiment group was 93.02%(40 cases) patients , the total effective rate of the control group was 67.44%(29 cases), P〈0.05, it has statistical significance. Conclusions Using bronchoalveolar lavage not only can improve ventilation status of patients and alleviate the symptoms of respiratory tract,but also can improve the general efifciency of treating this infection, which can be used in clinic.
