| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丹莪妇康煎膏对子宫内膜异位症（EMS）模型大鼠血清中炎性因子IL-17和IL-23表达的影响。方法：自体子宫内膜移植法建立EMS大鼠模型，SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和治疗组，以ELISA法监测各组大鼠血清中炎性因子IL-17和IL-23表达的变化。结果：与模型组相比，治疗组大鼠血清中IL-17和IL-23表达水平明显下调，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制之一可能与抑制炎性因子的表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Danefukang jiangao on the expression of inflammatory factor of endometriotic rats. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,model group and Danefukang jiangao treatment group. The expression of IL-17 and IL-23 were detected by ELISA. Results:Compared with the model group,the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 were decreased significantly in Danefukang jiangao treatment group. Conclusion:The Danefukang jiangao can treat the endometriosis in rats, and its action may be associated with decreasing the expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 in ectopic endometrium. |
