乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床应用

目的：探讨乌司他丁联合奥曲肽在治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的临床效果。方法：选取2012年7月～2014年6月于我院就诊的重症急性胰腺炎患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组与观察组各43例，对照组在常规治疗基础上单用奥曲肽治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上采用乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗，对比两组治疗效果以及各指标的变化情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为88.37%，对照组治疗总有效率为69.77%，对比两组治疗效果，观察组明显优于对照组，差异显著（X2=4.497，P=0.034）；观察组患者的血淀粉酶恢复时间、尿淀粉酶恢复时间、腹痛改善时间以及平均住院天数均显著短于对照组，具有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论：重症急性胰腺炎采用乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗相比于单用奥曲肽治疗，疗效更为显著，可以明显改善临床症状，促进患者康复，存在较高的临床应用价值。

Ulinastatin combined the application of octreotide in severe acute pancreatitis

Objective:To explore discuss the Ulinastatin combine the application effect the safety Of octreotide in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:Selected in July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital 86 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 43 patients in the control group on the basis of routine therapy in patients with Mr Octreotide therapy, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional treatment using ulinastatin combined therapy with Mr Qu peptide, contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients, and the change of various index. Results:The treatment group total effectiveness 88.37%, control group total effective rate was 69.77%, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, observation group was better than control group, there is significant difference (X2=4.497,P=0.034);Observation group of patients with blood amylase recovery time, urine amylase recovery time, abdominal pain, improve time and average hospitalization days were significantly shorter than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Severe acute pancreatitis using ulinastatin combined the octreotide therapy compared to use the peptide treatment, the curative effect is more significant, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, promote patients recovery, has high clinical value, can be promoted application in clinic.
