低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产的临床价值

目的：观察低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法：选取于2013年1月～2014年2月来我院治疗的复发性流产患者68例作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组34例，对照组采取传统保守法治疗，观察组采取低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗，比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组的保胎成功率为85.29%，高于对照组的35.29%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.82%，略低于对照组的14.71%，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论：复发性流产采取低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗的临床疗效优于传统保守治疗，安全性高，保胎效果好，值得临床推广。

Clinical value of lo w molecular weight heparin combined with intravenous gamma globulin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with intravenous gamma globulin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods:68 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion patients were selected from January 2013 to February 2014 were as the research objects,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group,patients in the control group received the traditional conservative therapy,patients in the observation group received low molecular weight heparin combined with intravenous immunoglobulin therapy,the clinical effect was compared in the two groups.Results:The success rate in the observation group was 85.29%,higher than that in the control group (35.29%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 8.82%, slightly lower than the 14.71% in the control group, there was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin combined with intravenous immunoglobulin treatment is superior to the traditional conservative treatment about clinical curative effect for recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,and it is high safety and good effect,worthy of the clinical promotion.
