| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经直肠超声(TRUS)在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)的应用价值.方法 在膀胱适度充盈状态下,用7.0 MHz的探头对49例拟行TURBT术的膀胱肿瘤患者进行TRUS检查,重点观查肿瘤侵犯膀胱壁的情况,并与术后病理诊断比较,得出二者在膀胱肿瘤有无肌层浸润方面的符合率.结果 本组49例患者中有30例TRUS显示肿瘤局限于黏膜层,有19例TRUS显示肿瘤浸润深度超出黏膜层(其中4例侵及浆膜层).TRUS可较准确地判断膀胱肿瘤对膀胱壁有无肌层浸润,与术后病理诊断结果进行比较,符合率为85.7％.结论 经直肠超声可较准确地判断膀胱肿瘤有无肌层浸润,对TURBT有重要的临床意义.
