| 摘 要： | 目的:了解慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能及其影响因素。方法:对67例慢性精神分裂症患者及63例非慢性精神分裂症患者进行威斯康辛测验(WCST),连线测验(TAT),简易精神状况检查表(MMSE)评定认知功能,使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床症状。结果:研究组较对照组WCST、TMT及MMSE的各项认知功能指标评分比较除连线测验A外,其余各项差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性精神分裂症患者注意功能损害及损害程度与病程有关。
