| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:将158例精神分裂症患者随机分成帕利哌酮组(80例)和利培酮组(78例),分别给予帕利哌酮缓释片和利培酮口服治疗8周,在治疗前及治疗第2、4、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive andNegative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)和不良反应症状量表(Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale,TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:后两组患者PANSS量表总分及各因子分较治疗前均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在治疗的第2周末,帕利哌酮组PANSS总评分明显低于利培酮组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其余各组间无明显差异(P>0.05);帕利哌酮的不良反应少且轻。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片起效快,是治疗精神分裂症安全、有效的药物。
