| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育对防止酒依赖患者复饮的疗效。方法:对60例酒依赖患者分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例),其中研究组加用健康教育,疗程6个月。采用心理渴求自评量表进行评分比较,并在出院后观察两组酒依赖患者的戒酒复饮率。结果:SADQ-C减分率在治疗的各时段研究组均显著高于对照组;研究组在出院12个月时的复饮率为6.7%,对照组为26.7%,差异有显著性(x2=4.32,P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对于酒依赖患者戒除心理依赖及预防复饮有辅助治疗作用。
