| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨女性流浪精神障碍患者的非正常性行为的临床特点。方法:对2005-2010年由南京市社会救助站送入我院的女性流浪精神障碍患者的非正常性行为进行调查分析及对照研究。结果:女性流浪精神障碍患者非正常性行为发生率显著高于男性流浪患者及常规入院女性患者,有低龄化及高龄化趋势,性病发生率高,情感性精神障碍及精神发育迟滞患者非正常性行为发生率高。结论:女性流浪精神障碍患者极易受到性侵犯,已成为性病感染高危人群,在其救助过程中要做好性病筛查,性安全知识教育,同时需要公安、民政救助、卫生医疗、社区等机构多方协作,共同维护女性流浪精神障碍患者的权益。
