补阳还五汤加减治疗前列腺增生32例观察

目的观察补阳还五汤治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法对32例患有前列腺增生的男性按气虚血瘀、肾虚血瘀、痰凝血瘀型采用补阳还五汤进行加减治疗,并进行治疗前后的比较。结果 32例病例都服药7剂以上,最长者30剂以上,痊愈8例,明显好转21例,症状改善3例。结论补阳还五汤对不同类型的前列腺患者治疗效果均较好。

Observation of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in 32 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 32 males with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang according to qi deficiency and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm stagnation and blood stasis. The comparisons before and after treatment were carried out.Results All 32 cases received the medication more than seven doses, and the longest was more than 30 doses. The effects showed 8 cases of cure, 21 cases of marked improvement and 3 cases of symptom improvement. Conclusions Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang has good effect in treatment of different types of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
