| 摘 要： | 目的 总结腹部手术后胃瘫的诊治经验.方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月期间45例腹部手术后胃瘫患者的临床资料.结果 45例均治愈,仅1例再次手术.结论 腹部手术后胃瘫宜采用非手术治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and therapy of gastroparesis after abdominal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery between January,2005 and December,2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Forty-five patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery were cured.Among these patients,only one patient underwent reoperation.Conclusion Non-operative therapy is a suitable modality for patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery. |
