即刻心电图与超声心动图诊断冠心病的价值比较

目的探讨即刻心电图、超声心动图在诊断冠心病上的价值。方法选择86例冠心病患者,以冠脉造影结果为标准,对比分析即刻心电图、超声心动图结果,比较其敏感性、特异性及准确率。结果即刻心电图的敏感性为86.5%,特异性为66.7%,准确率为83.7%;超声心动图的敏感性为23.0%,特异性为83.3%,准确率为31.4%。结论即刻心电图诊断冠心病明显优于静息状态超声心动图,静息状态的超声心动图诊断冠心病的敏感性低。

Comparison of the immediate electrocardiogram and echocardiography in detecting coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the value of diagnosis using immediate electrocardiogram(IECG) and ultrasonic cardiography(UCG) in the patients with coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy(CAC).Methods 86 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were compared the rate of sensitivity and specificity and accuracy using IECG and UCG as the standard of coronary arteriography(CAG),analysing the result of IECG and UCG.Results The sensitivity was 86.5%,the specificity was 66.7% and accuracy was 83.7% when using IECG;The sensitivity was 23.0%,the specificity was 83.3% and accuracy was 31.4% when using UCG.Conclusion IECG is better than UCG in diagnosising CHD.The sensitivity of static UCG is lower in diagnosising CHD.
