| Abstract: | This paper presents the theory and clinical significance of long and short pulses in traditional Chinese medicine. It is argued that the long and short pulses are of great research value; during the modern researches, we should do further study on their definition and objective parameters, so as to make them play more important roles in treatment and syndrome differentiation. |
