信息支持对危重病人家属焦虑的影响

目的 :探讨信息支持对危重病人家属焦虑的影响。方法 :将 30名入住ICU的危重程度相似病人家属分为对照组和实验组。对照组家属接受常规的信息 ,实验组家属接受由研究者提供的信息支持。分别在病人入ICU第一天和第三天采用状态焦虑量表评定两组病人家属的焦虑程度。结果 :实验组家属的平均焦虑分值在两次评定前后有统计学显著差异 ( 5 6 1± 9 9/38 6± 12 2 ,t =5 9,P <0 0 0 1) ;对照组亦显著下降( 5 6 1± 10 6 /42 8± 10 1,t =5 5 ,P <0 0 0 1)。实验组家属的平均焦虑分值与对照组比较 ,两次评定均无统计学显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :不同信息支持可以降低危重病人家属的焦虑水平 ,对影响信息支持效果的原因进行了分析。

Information Support on Family Members of Patients in ICU

Objective: To study the effect of information support on anxiety of family members of patients in ICU Method: 30 family members of 30 inpatients admitted to ICU were included (each family member for each patient) They were divided equally into study group and control group The study group received information support from research nurse, while the control group received routine information Anxiety of both was rated with STAI (state anxiety scale) the first day and third day of patient in ICU Results: Anxiety of both groups declined after 3 days, there was no significant difference between the two groups Conclusion: Both routine information and information support can decrease level of anxiety of family members of inpatients in ICU anxiety information support family member ICU
