| 摘 要： | 用中药痹痛消治疗神经根到颈椎病所致的颈痛33例,以颈复康冲剂所治31例作对照,两组治疗后疼痛积分均较治疗前明显减少(P均<0.01),两组治疗前后疼痛积分的差值比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。气滞血瘀型和风寒阻络型相比较,其镇痛作用未见明显差异。治疗后治疗组血浆中亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)含量明显升高(P<0.01),而对照组LEK虽有升高趋势,但与治疗前相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | 33 cases of pain due to neural - root type cervical spondylosis were treated by Bitongxiao. with another 31 cases treated by Jingfukang granule as control. The pain scores in both groups before and after the treatment were markedly decreased (all P <0. 01), so were that of the difference of values between them(P<0. 05). For the analgesic action between the type of qi -stagnation blood - stasis and the type of channel blocked by wind - cold evil, there was no difference. The content of leucic- eukephalin (LEK) in the plasma of the treatment group after treatment increased dramatically (P<0. 01). but that in the control group, though tending to increase, showed no significant difference. |
