丽江市古城区娱乐场所女性性服务人员基线调查情况分析

目的]掌握丽江古城区娱乐场所女性性服务人员基本情况及危险行为，为项目的终期评价提供依据。方法]对目标人群采用随机抽样进行问卷调查，对目标人群的人口争睛况、艾滋病相关知识、安全套的使用、是否吸毒、自愿咨询检测、求医行为、是否接触干预措施等情况进行调查分析。结果]在被调查的483人中，21岁～25岁占37．89％，其中初中文化占60．7％，正确认识艾滋病预防及传播途径知识的比例分别为91．3％、61．7％。每次使用安全套、接触过毒品、正确的性病求医行为、自愿HIV检测并通知结果的比例分别为56．73％、0．21％、7．04％、22．78％。接受过免费安全套，获得预防性病、艾滋病专门技能培训，同伴教育比例分别为61．7％、27．74％、43．27％。结论]必须加强对目标人群的干预，强化对高危行为的认识，建立良好的行为和生活方式，才能有效遏制艾滋病在娱乐场所中的传播。

Baseline survey on female commercial sex workers in entertainment establishments in Gucheng District of Lijiang

Objective To learn about the basic situation and risk behaviors among the female commercial sex workers （FCSWs） and to provide the evidence for evaluating the implementation in the end term. Methods Randomly sampling FCSWs to do the questionnaire survey, including the demographic situation, HIV knowledge, condom using, drug using, voluntary counseling and testing （VCT）, behavior of seeking medicine, and the access of intervention. Results Among the 483 people surveyed, aged 21-23 year-old accounted for 37.89%, education background of the primary middle school was 60.7%, and the rates of correct knowledge on HIV and HIV transmission routes were 91.3% and 61.7% respectively. The rates of using condom each time, ever using drugs, correct behaviors to seek medicines, and having VCT with being informed the result were 56.73%, 0.21%, 7.04% and 22.78%. The rates of receiving free condoms, attending the skills training on AIDS/STDs prevention, and receiving peer-education reached 61.7%, 27.74% and 43.27%. Conclusion The intervention toward target population should be strengthened to curb HIV transmission in entertainment establishments, involving with intensifying their awareness on risk behaviors and facilitating them to set up the healthy behaviors and life style.
