| Abstract: | Eleven monoclonal antibodies against chicken gizzard talin, a major focal adhesion protein, have been produced. In order to determine the degree of homology between talin molecules from different sources, these antibodies were used to immunolocalize talin in five different vertebrate species. Three representative talin antibodies are described in this report. |
