横结肠顺蠕动代食管治疗食管严重化学烧伤

目的：探讨横结肠顺蠕动代食管治疗食管严重化学烧伤的应用价值。方法回顾分析116例临床资料，均保留左结肠动脉升支供血、经胸骨后隧道顺蠕动间植横结肠代食管，下咽部吻合37例，颈部吻合79例。结果无手术死亡，术后颈部吻合口瘘16例、吻合口狭窄10例，气管切开3例，经治疗后均能正常进食。结论胸骨后顺蠕动间植横结肠代食管是治疗食管严重化学烧伤的理想方法。

Esophageal replacement with isoperistaltic transverse colon for severe chemical esophageal burn

Aim： To summarize the of the esophageal replacement with isoperistaltic transverse colon in the treatment of cicatrieial stricture secondary to severe chemical esophageal burn. Methods： A retrospective study was carried out on the clinical data of 116 patients with severe chemical esophageal burn who were treated from November of 1972 to September of 2009. The isoperistaltic transverse colons with the ascending branch of the left colic artery were transferred to the retrosternal tunnels to replace the esopha- guses. Seventy - nine cases underwent esophago - colngastrostomy and 37 eases underwent colonphargageal anastomosis. Results ：There was no mortality. Post- operatively, 16 patients developed cervical anastomotic leakage and 10 patients developed cervical anastomotic stcnosis. Three patients underwent post- operative tracheestomy. All of them could eat properly after had been cured. Conclusion：Esophageal replacement with isoperistaltic transverse colon with the ascending branch of the left colic artery interposed by esophagocolaga - strestomy or colonphargageal anastomosis is an ideal method for treating severe cicatricial stricture secondary to chemical esophageal burn.
