湖南邵阳市青少年近视患病调查及影响因素分析

【目的】了解城市青少年近视流行情况和近视的影响因素。【方法】随机抽取邵阳市在校中小学生1000名为调查对象，利用自制调查问卷了解调查对象的视力和用眼卫生知识、行为等情况。【结果】中小学生的总体近视率为58．7％，其中，小学生的近视率为36．5％，初中生的近视率为65．3％，高中生的近视率为81．7％，大部分中小学生都存在不良的用眼行为。【结论】青少年的近视患病率随学习阶段的升高而增高。不良的用眼行为等是当前中小学生近视主要的危险因素。

Analysis on the Prevalence and Risk Factors of Myopia Among the Students in Shaoyang City

[Objective]To observe the prevalence of myopia and to analyze the risk factors of eye sight among the students in urban areas. [Methods]A total of 1000 students were included in this study. The inci dence of myopia, the knowledge about myopia, and the activities of prevention and comrol were analyzed. [Results]The total incidence of myopia of students was 58.7%. Among them, the incidence of myopia of students in the primary school, junior middle school and senior middle school was 36. 5%, 65.3% and 81.7%, respectively. Most of the students had improper behavior. [Conclusion]The incidence of myopia of the adolescent rises with the increase of the study stages. The causes of the myopia are very complicated and it is the synthetic results of various factors. The improper behaviors when writing or reading are the major risk factors of myopia of students in primary and middle schools.
