急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血细胞参数的变化

目的　探讨急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及全血细胞 2 5项参数的变化。方法　对12 7例脑梗死患者和 5 3例建康人的血液流变学及全血细胞参数进行比较。结果　 (1)除红细胞分布宽度和平均红细胞血红蛋白含量外 ,观察组急性期其它指标与对照组比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;(2 )观察组恢复期全血低切粘度、全血低切还原粘度、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、白细胞计数、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量恢复到对照组水平 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(3)观察组治疗前后红细胞计数和平均血小板体积有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　血液流变学及血细胞参数异常可能与脑梗死的发生有关

Changes of blood rheology and hemocyte parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the changes of blood rheology and 25 parameters of whole blood hemocyte in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method The blood rheology and hemocyte parameters were detected in 127 patients with cerebral infarction and compared with control group(53 cases).Results (1) There were significant differences in all criteria on the acute stage except for RDW and MCHC in patients between two groups before treatment(P<0.05～0.01);(2) After treatment, there was no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05);(3) There was obvious difference in MCV and RBC before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormalities of blood rheology and hemocyte parameters may be related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
