| 摘 要： | 目的：研究分析超声在胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）诊断中的价值。方法：回顾分析83例经手术病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤的超声表现及诊断结果,并与CT诊断结果对照。结果：病理诊断良性6例,交界性16例,恶性61例。超声检查在胃、十二指肠及小肠GIST的诊断准确率分别为82.5%、50.0%和45.5%。声像图表现中,病灶大小及内部是否出现无回声区是判断肿瘤良恶性的重要依据。CT和超声检查在GIST的定位、定性准确率方面无明显差异。结论：超声检查在胃肠道间质瘤的诊断中具有重要价值,可为临床治疗方案的选择提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods:The sonographic characterization of 83 GIST patients confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and compared with CT results. Results:In 83 GIST patlents, the final diagnosis included benign (n=6), borderline (n=16) and malignant (n=61).
