| 摘 要： | 目的采用大鼠高血脂症模型探讨罗勒提取物抗氧化及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法采用高脂乳剂造成高脂血症大鼠模型，给药28d后，腹主动脉采血测定高脂血症成年大鼠血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）．丙二醛（MDA），谷胱甘肤（GSH-PX）含量同时观察对血流变的影响．并与西药洛伐他汀、中成药血腊康进行比较。结果罗勒提取物能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的全血黏度及MDA．升高SOD、GSH-PX。结论罗勒提取物对高血脂症大鼠具有降低全血黏度。同时提高机体抗氧化能力。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effects of extract from Ocimum basilicum L（OBL） on antioxidation and hemorheological indexes of hyperlipidemia rats. METHODS Hyperlipidemia rats eatablished by douched high fat emulsion, compared with xuezhikang and Lovastatin group, the effect of extract from OBL decoction on serum and liver tissue SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, hemorheological indexes in adult rats with chronic hyperliidem were observed after 28 days. RESULTS The extract from OBL, improved serum the blood viscosity and decreased content of MDA, increased SOD and GSH-PX activity were found. CONCLUSION The extract from Ocimum basilicum L can improve the blood viscosity, increased the activity of scavenging free radicals in rat with hyperlipidemia. |
