社区工作者队伍建设与发展的反思

社区工作者是社区服务的直接提供者、社区建设的直接参与者,社区工作者队伍的建设对我国社区工作的未来发展影响巨大。当前以职业化作为社区工作者的基本标准较为合适,而专业化可以作为社区工作者队伍建设的长期发展方向。促进社区工作者队伍的建设与发展必须持续推进以转变职府职能、强调社区自治为目标的城市基层管理体制改革,明确居委会工作者的作用定位;积极培育、支持各类社区服务民间组织,逐步扩大其作用范围;加大政府对社区工作者队伍建设的支持力度,提高工作者待遇;大力发展志愿者队伍,促进志愿活动的开展。
