| 摘 要： | 摘要]目的：探讨移动设备和电子病历在医院信息化建设中的开发与应用前景。方法：使用移动客户端、应用服务器和数据库服务器的3层体系结构，提出一种面向移动设备的电子病历集成平台的解决方案，并分析该系统采用的关键性技术。结果：解决了目前医院各信息系统与医患之间数据交换的盲区，为移动设备的开发提供了可扩展性和易维护性。结论：采用电子病历集成平台可为医院信息系统的综合集成提供借鉴，将有助于医院信息集成环境的快速实现。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the development and application of mobile equipment and electronic medical record （EMR） in hospital informatization. Methods A solution for mobile device-oriented integrated EMR platform was put forward, with a three-tiered architecture of mobile client end, application server and database server. The key technologies related were ana- lyzed. ReeultJ The data exchange between hospital information systems, doctors and patients was realized, and the extendibility and maintainability of mobile devices were promoted greatly. Conclusion The integrated EMR platform facilitates the integration of hospital information system and etc. |
