吸烟对氯氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效的影响

目的探讨吸烟对氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法75例精神分裂症患者分为吸烟组(n=45)与非吸烟组(n=30),均给予氯氮平治疗8周,8周末对吸烟组无显著疗效者增加氯氮平的剂量,继续治疗4周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效与不良反应。结果非吸烟组疗效显著优于吸烟组(P<0.05),加量组18例,12周末PANSS评分与8周末比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论吸烟能明显降低氯氮平的疗效。

Effects of smoking on the efficacy of clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To study the effect of smoking on the efficacy of clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 75 patients with schizophrenia were divided into smoking group(n=45) and non-smoking group(n=30),who were treated with clozapine for 8 weeks .After 8 weeks,the non-respective patients in smoking group continued treating with clozapine by higher dosage for 4 weeks.PANSS and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects repectively.Results The efficacy of non-smoking group were significantly better than that of smoking group(P<0.05). After 8 weeks treatment,the dosage of clozapine in 18 patients were added,and total scores of PANSS reduced significantly at the end of 12th weeks. Conclusion Smoking can reduce efficacy of clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.
