集中空调风管内机器人定量采样效果评价

摘    要:目的评价集中空调风管内机器人定量采样的效果。方法在实验室模拟条件下(不同积尘和微生物量),进行机器人采样准确性、精密度和微生物回收率、采样一致性的实验研究。结果风管积尘机器人采样与手工擦拭法采样之间的平均相对偏差为7.8%,机器人采样结果之间的平均相对标准差为4.0%;风管微生物机器人采样回收率比棉签法采样提高28.6%,采样值的标准差降低81.9%。结论机器人定量采样是一种集中空调风管内积尘量和微生物采样的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effect of quantitative sampling with the robot in the central air condition ducts.Methods Under the simulated condition,the experiments on the sampling veracity,precision,recovery rate of microbe and identity of robot making were conducted.Results Compared with the traditional sampling methods,as for the dust sampling,the average relative deviation was 7.8%,as for the microbe sampling in the air ducts,the recovery rate increased by 28.6% and the standard deviation decreased by 81.9%.Conclusion The robot quantitative sampling is an available method for dust and microbe sampling in the central air condition ducts.
