利多卡因在腹部超声介入无痛人流术中的临床应用

目的研究利多卡因在腹部超声介入下减轻人流术中因置导尿管后所致的尿路刺激症,提高围术期的安全性和舒适性。方法将120例患者随机分成两组,均于术前排空小便后,于静脉全麻下插尿管后手术。观察组将利多卡因50mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中灌注膀胱,对照组单纯以0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml灌注膀胱,记录术中生命体征变化和术毕患者清醒后尿路刺激程度。结果两组术中生命体征均平稳,而观察组术后尿路刺激明显轻于对照组。结论利多卡因可安全用于腹部超声介入下人流术中减轻尿路刺激症状,提高围术期安全舒适性。

Clinical application of lidocaine in abdominal ultrasound intervention painless induced abortion

Objective To study the lidocaine in abdominal ultrasound intervention to reduce urinary tract irritation in abortion due to bladder catheter＇s inserting to improve preoperative safety and comfort.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,both preoperatively urinating emptying,operating after inserting catheter Intravenous anesthesia.The observed group was treated with lidocaine 50 mg in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml perfusion of the urinary bladder,while the controled group was treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml perfusion of bladder.Recording intraoperative changes of vital signs and the urinary tract irritation after patients＇awakeness.Results The two groups of intraoperative vital signs were stable,while the postoperative urinary tract stimulation of the observed group was significantly lighter than the controled group.Conclusion Lidocaine can be used safely in abdominal interventional ultrasound abortion operation to reduce urinary tract irritation and improve preoperative safety and comfort.
