PIDD基因在原发性肝癌组织的表达及其临床病理意义

目的:观察PIDD基因在肝癌组织中的表达情况,以及与肝癌患者的临床病理关系。方法:运用RT-PCR方法检测29例肝癌组织、12例癌旁组织和7例正常肝组织中PIDD基因的表达水平,分析PIDD表达水平与患者的组织分化、肿瘤大小、门脉转移以及术后复发时间之间的关系,分析其表达与P53表达之间的联系。结果:肝癌组织中PIDD的表达水平较正常肝脏组织(P<0.001)以及癌旁组织均低(P<0.001),分化越差,表达水平越低(P<0.001);其表达水平与患者的肿瘤大小、门静脉转移之间无明显关系,而与患者术后的复发时间之间有明显相关性,PIDD水平越低,复发时间越短(P<0.001)。结论:PIDD在肝癌组织中的表达水平下降,分化越差的组织,其表达水平越低,且与患者术后复发时间之间有密切关系,可作为预测患者的一个独立指标。

Expression of PIDD and Its Clinical and Pathological Singificance in the Hepatic Cell Carcinoma Tissues

Objective:To detect the PIDD expression in the hepatic cell carcinoma tissues and analyze its ralation to the clinical and pathological characteriatics.Methods:The PIDD mRNA samples from 29 resected primary hepatic cell carcinoma,12 para-carcinoma samples form tissues and 7 normal hepatic tissues were assayed by RT-PCR and the relationship of PIDD expression to the tumor pathological differentiation,size,the status of portal vein metastasisgrade and the time of recurrence after resected was analyzed.The relationship of the P53 and PIDD expression was also analyzed according to the literatures.Results:The level of PIDD mRNA of the carcinoma tissues was lower than that in para-carcinoma tissue(P<0.001) and normal hepatic(P<0.001).The level of PIDD mRNA was related the differentiation to and time of recurrence after operation(both P<0.001),but not related to the tumor size and the status of portal vein metastasis(both P>0.05).Conclusion:The PIDD mRNA level in primary hepatic cell carcinoma is related to differentiation degree and might be an independent valuable index for forecasting the time of recurrence probably.
