医护合作健康教育模式对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的影响

目的探讨医护合作健康教育模式在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法将120例（140眼）糖尿病的视网膜病变患者分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用医护合作健康教育模式。比较2组患者健康知识掌握情况、住院满意度、生活质量评分情况。结果观察组健康知识掌握情况明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,住院满意度95.4%,高于对照组的83.1%（P〈0.05）,生活质量明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施医护合作健康教育模式,能提高住院患者满意度,增加患者健康知识掌握程度,提高患者的生活质量。

Health care cooperative health education mode effects on patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective To explore the efficacy of the health education mode on the cooperation of doctors and nurses in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods Patients with the number of 120 （140 eyes） were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group included 60 patients. The control group received routing health education. The experimental group received the health education mode on the cooperation of doctors and nurses. To compare the awareness of health knowledge, the satisfaction of hospital service and the score of life quality between the two groups. Results The awareness of the health knowledge of the experimental group was higher than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate of hospital service of the experimental group was 95.4% which was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The experimental group＇ s score of life quality was also higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health education mode on the cooperation of doctors and nurses in patients with diabetic retinopathy can increase the awareness of health knowledge, improve the satis- faction of hospital service and the quality of life.
