| 摘 要： | ６５例帕金森病患者经“细胞刀”治疗，效果满意。强调术前应对病人进行全面评估，加强心理护理，控制血压，作好安全防护，术后严密观察病情，指导肢体随意运动，监护损毁区局部出血、偏瘫、失语等并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | patients suffering from parkinson' s disease had good outcomes by "cell knife" treatment. The authoremphasize doing preoperative overall evaluation on the patients, strengthening psychological nursing, controlling bloodpressure, taking every presaution, observing strictly postoperative patient' s condition,conducting limbic voluntarymovement , and monitoring the complications of local haemorrhage, hemiplegia , aphasia in the damaged region. |
