124例小儿涎腺疾病的临床分析

背景 ]探讨小儿涎腺疾病的临床特点及治疗 .病例报告 ]对 12 4例涎腺疾病临床资料进行分析 ,其中有腮腺疾病 30例 (2 4% ) ,颌下腺疾病 18例 (15 % ) ,舌下腺疾病 76例 (6 1% ) .病理分类 :肿瘤 10例 (8% ) ,囊肿 82例 (6 6 % ) ,炎症 32例 (2 6 % ) .治疗时尽量减少创伤 ,采用小切口降低疤痕的产生 .讨论 ]10例患者面神经功能指数测定表明 ,行完整保留面神经的腮腺区及颌下区手术后少数患者出现暂时性面部瘫痪 ,3个月后即可恢复正常 ,不会影响面神经功能

Clinical analysis in 124 cases of infant sialisterium disease

BACKGROUND To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of infant sialisterium disease. CASE REPORT 124 cases of infant sialisterium disease were retrospectively analyzed, in which there were 30 cases of parotid gland disease (24%), 18 cases of salivary gland disease (14%), 76 cases of sublingual gland disease (61%). The pathological classification was 10(8%) cases of tumors, 82(66%) cases of cyst and 32(25%) cases of inflammation. It is necessary to reduce the wound at most and the incision to leave the scars as minimum as possible. DISCUSSION According to evaluate the 10 cases with the FNFI, it is indicated that the operation of parotid and salivary gland for fully preserving the facial nerves might occur temporarily face palsy in some of the patients, but it should disappears in three months without influencing the functions of the facial nerves.
