溶胶凝胶涂层对牙科烤瓷镍铬合金耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:目的在体外模拟环境下,研究溶胶凝胶法制备的涂层对牙科烤瓷镍铬合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。方法使用划痕法观察在不同烧结温度下(300、400、500、600 ℃)溶胶凝胶法制备而成的涂层膜基结合强度,选择最适的烧结温度;于最适的烧结温度下在合金表面制备涂层,使用静态酸液浸泡法观察涂层对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析不同温度下烧结而成的涂层的表面形貌。结果400 ℃的烧结温度下,涂层与镍铬合金基体具有最高的结合强度。涂层显著提高了镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性能,降低了酸蚀液中有害金属离子的释出。结论溶胶凝胶法制备的涂层可一定程度上提高镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性能,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Sol-Gel coating on the corrosion resistance of nickel-chronium alloys in vitro. Methods The bond strength of coating-substrate interface sintered at different temperatures(300, 400, 500, 600 ℃) was tested by scratching method. The Sol-Gel coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and its corrosion resistance was assessed by a static immersion method. Results The bond strength of coating- substrate interface reaches the peak at 400 ℃. The Sol-Gel coating can apparently inhibit the release of metal ions and improve the corrosion resistance of nickel-chromium alloy. Conclusion Sol-Gel coating can evidently improve corrosion resistance of the nickel-chromium alloy, which has great potential in prospective clinical practice.
