| 摘 要： | 研究癌灵一号对肝癌细胞的凋亡的作用。用台盼蓝染色观察药物对照细胞增殖的抑制人艇及其形态变化；采用流式细胞仪技术检测凋亡百分数及凋亡峰。结果表明，癌灵一号对人肝癌细胞具有抑制作用，并使细胞出现形态改变；

| Abstract: | To study the apoptosis of human liver cancer cells induced by arsenic trioxide(As2O3),We observed the inhibiting effect on cell proliferation induced by As2O3 and morphologic change of the cell through trypan blue staining;and detected apoptosis percentage under flow cytometry assays.The results showed that arsenic trioxide could inhibit the proliferation of liver cancer cell,and changed its figure;specific apoptosis surf could be observed under flow cytomery assays,apoptosis percentage in 10mol group was higher than other groups,so it is the most appropriate dose in reducing apoptosis.These indicated that As2O3 could induce apoptosis of human liver cancer. |
