| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维CT重建在关节内骨折诊断和治疗中的作用.方法对70例关节内骨折病人采用X线摄片、CT扫描和三维CT重建检查,选择最佳治疗方案.结果70例关节内骨折病人中63例进行手术治疗,另7例采用非手术治疗,均取得满意治疗效果.结论三维CT重建在关节内骨折的诊断和治疗中具有重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application of 3D CT reconstruction in fractures within joint.Methods Traditional X-ray films,CT scan and 3D CT reconstruction were performed in 70 cases with fracture joint surface involved .All patients were treated with best thereputic program.Results 63 joint surface involved fractures were performed in 70 patients,the others were non-operation.Conclusion Images of 3D CT reconstruction are important for the diagnosis and treatment of the joint fractures with facies articuaris involved. |
