| 摘 要： | 原发性高血压是由环境因素、生活方式和遗传因素共同作用引起的一种多基因遗传病,其发病机制比较复杂。目前关于AGT基因核心启动子多态性与原发性高血压的关系,国内外的研究报道尚有争议,但大部分研究结果支持二者有相关性。本文就AGT基因核心启动子多态性与原发性高血压相关性的研究进展予以综述,以期为原发性高血压的发病机制和防治提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Essential hypertension, which is evoked collectively by environmental factors, lifestyles and genetic factors,is a multifactorial inheritance disease with comparative complicated pathogenic mechanism. Although researches on genetic domain of essential hypertension conflict, most of the studies approve that the polymorphism of angiotensinogen gene and its core promoter are important to essential hypertension in the morbidity and evolution. The research on the relationship between the polymorphism of angiotensinogen gene core promoter and essential hypertension maybe offer scientific evidence on the pathogenic mechanism and Prevention of essential hypertension. |
