| 摘 要： | 肿瘤标志物AFP、AFPvariants、AFPmRNA、CEA、HCCR、SCCA—IgMIC、DCP、AFU、GPC3、GGT、VEGF在肝肿瘤不同发展阶段含量有显著差异。选择特异性强、敏感度高的肿瘤标志物对肝肿瘤的诊断治疗至关重要。目前肿瘤标志物联合测定仍为肝肿瘤诊断的最好手段。

| Abstract: | There is remarkable difference in the content of tumor markers including AFP, AFP variants, AFP mRNA, CEA, HCCR, SCCA-IgM IC, DCP, AFU, GPC3, GGT and VEGF in the different stage of hepatic carcinoma. Choosing very specific and sensitive tumor marker is proved to be a critical method for the early detection of cancer and anticancer therapy. Currently, the combined examination is still suggested to be the best method of hepatic carcinoma diagnosis. |
