闭合性腹部损伤并小肠破裂98例诊治体会

目的：探讨闭合性腹部损伤并小肠破裂的早期诊治，提高治愈率，减少死亡率。方法：对９８例患者根据不同伤情而采取简单、快速、细致、有效、先止血后修补的原则。结果：９８例按上述原则处理，治愈例，治愈率９９．１％，死亡１例，死亡率０．９％，取得满意疗效。结论：早期正确的诊断，及时手术控查处理是求治成功的关键。

THE EXPERIENCE OF DIAGOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CLOSED ABDOMINAL INJURY COMBINED WITH SMALL LNTESTINAL RUPTURE: 98 CASES REPORT

ObjectiveTo explore the early diagnosis andtreatment of closed abdominal injury combined with small intestinal rupture for increasingthe cure rate and reducing the death rate.MethodsAccording to the injurydegree,98 cases were operated on principle of simple,rapid,meticulous,effective andstopping bleeding first and mending later.Results97 cases were cured.Thecure rate was 99.1%. One patient died. The death rate was 0.9%. The curative effect wassatisfying. ConclusionsTo produce a correct diagnosis as soon aspossibal and perform operative exploration in time are the key factors of curing thesepatients successfully.
