胆肠吻合术的疗效分析

本文报告胆肠吻合术308例次的远期疗效,其中胆总管十二指肠吻合术169例次,胆管空肠吻合术139例次。术后获随访268例,随访时间为1～16年,随访率91.4％。随访效果属优、良者占88.06％。文中对两种术式适应症、术式与疗效关系进行了讨论和分析。

Analysis of the Effects of Choledoenterostomy

The remote effects of 308 cases of choledoenterostomy are reported includ- ing choledoduodenostomy 169 cases and choledojejunostomy 139 cases. The follow-up results of 268 eases (follow-up rate 91.4%) in 1-16 years after operation revealed that 88.06% belonged to excellent and fine. 28 cases (10. 45%) required reoperation for the sake of their poor results and 4 cases died owing to severe acute cholangitis (1.49%). The follow-up results of 163 cases of choledoduodenostomy revealed that 87.12% belonged to excellent and fine, and the corresponding data was 89.52% in 105 cases of choledojejunos- tomy. The indications and surgical effects of these two types of operation are discussed and analyzed also.
