| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮肝穿刺外引流术对肝脓肿的治疗价值。方法：对28例经CT诊断的肝脓肿患者行经皮肝穿刺外引流术，其中1例多发肝脓肿患者的一个早期脓肿病灶行保守治疗。结果：28例多发或单发肝脓肿患者全部治愈，1例多发肝脓肿患者的一个早期病灶经内科保守治疗好转。结论：经皮肝穿刺脓肿外引流术能及时、快速缓解患者病情，是一种安全，可靠的介入治疗方法。在治疗前，应当在结合其它治疗手段的前提下，适当的选择患者。
